     Crawford Engineering and Consulting, PA has over 12 years experience in the
municipal and industrial waste disposal fields.  Our company has considerable
experience in sludge, residuals and wastewater application systems and permitting, as
well as experience in designing, and permitting large composting systems.  We
specialize in the management of waste products from industrial and municipal
wastewater treatment as well as food processing industries.  In addition, we are well
versed in the design and operation of commercial scale irrigation and wastewater
application systems.  Currently, our personnel are also involved in innovative waste
treatment and recycling systems such as composting, biogas (methane) recovery and
biodiesel production.

     We also have experience in air quality permitting and compliance for feed mills,
animal byproduct rendering facilities and commercial food processing facilities.  Our
personnel have also successfully prepared groundwater remediation and
phyto-remediation plans for several industries.
